We've all set goals - How do we achieve them?

This post is inspired by a book I've been reading

"The Compound Effect"

With a few lines that I hope cna help the community.

"Successfull people arent nessessarily more inteligent or more tallented than anyone else. But their habbits take them in the direction of becomming mor informed more knowledgable, more competent, better skilled and better prepared."

"The first step towards change is awareness"

Bringing it back to goals simply because I know everyone here has a goal set as its one of the first steps in Wealthy Affiliate.

There is one thing we must become acutely aware of

A goal set is not a goal achieved - Acheiving goals is where the real real pride and sense of accomplihment is felt - This should be the target.

Are you doing enough to achieve your goals?

Do you check back and update you goal regulary?

Do you even remember what you wrote down when you first started?

"The object you desire has probibily always existed around you, just your mind and eyes weren’t open to see it..."

Consider this example – Have you ever been in the market for a new car? If you have you would have experienced this seemingly magical occurance... You will suddenly start seeing that make and model everywhere.. It seems like there are tons of them on the road all of a sudden when they weren’t there yesterday. But is that realistic? Of course not! They were there all along but you weren’t paying attention to them thus they didn’t really exist to you until you gave them your attention.

When you define your goals you give your brain something to look for and focus on giving your eyes the ability to view ideas and opportunites to move forward.

Each and every day unconsciously we process billions of micro fibers of information - visual, audio and physical bites – yet only a fraction receive any conscoius or noticeable focus..

So we are aware of our goals and most of us even have them written down... Though having them written down is like having coins ratteling around in our wallet – we know there there but not being used.

We know they are there but they are not the focus -Our daily tasks are not consciously moving towards the desired result...

Action step

Todays action step is to make a list of your most important goals - Bring them front of mind - And take daily actions steps toward acheiving them....

Let the community know of little success...

Goals in all aspects not just websites and commissions. At the end of the day we want "whole life balance"
