It has been 2 months now since I started the training here at WA and I am happy I found out about this platform. I have setup an email account for my own domain. Then I wanted to create forward but I think I made a mistake.

There's a bug in the system. You need to contact site support to have them remove it and then you can create the forward. I had the same problem after I deleted one too.

You can only do one. You either create an email or you create a forward. Cancel the email like they said, then click the forward tab and fill that out. Hope that helps.
