Obama Urgent Care needs improvement

Hello WA team, over two weeks I felt down on a sidewalk and broke my pink on the right hand. Before writing the story let me start by saying that today I feel much better for the first time in 24 days and I'm able to write.

MD NOW Urgent Care

When I say my finger was so bad I went to MD NOW Urgent care. And after being there fort a couple of hours, I was told that they didn't have an x-ray machine and they sent mi en the Hallandale Beach, location but since it was late in the afternoon I decided to go the next day.

The next day I arrived at the MD urgent care in Halkandale Beach location as soon as I arrived I was told that they didn't have an x-ray machine that day. And that they recycle the x-ray machine from location to location so I had to travel back to the original location to have my x-ray taken. Findlly they confirmed that my pink on my right hand is broken

The doctor of the MD Now urgent care, said I needed to see an Ortopdic for my finger and that I needed to call my health insurance to get an Orthopedic. At this point it was already Saturday late in the afternoon so of course the Health insurance provider was close until Monday.

On Monday, when I call Florida blue insurance they told me I need to see my primary doctor first to get a referral for an Orthopedic. Between one thing and the other I didn't see an Orthopedic until yesterday after noon.

In other words, urgent care has good doctors and is good to have for little things of health but not for an emergency. The health care system still needs more improvement and specially for emergencies. Every urgent care must always have an x-ray machiene at all times. and in an emergency must be able to give a patient a referel for a specialist within that same day.
