I am fortunate in that I stay relatively slim no matter what I do. However I was at my best when I used to run 9km 3 times a week when in my late 20's. I also managed loose a bit of a belly by eating very few carbohydrates for a few months a couple of years ago. I was pretty much following the "Atkins" diet" for 6 months or so and was then able to go down 2 steps on my trouser belt! I hope this helps. Glyn
