Yes. I could definitely use about 4 or 5 hours more in my day.This site is very addictive, but I DO miss the sleep. I remember the days when I could stay up for 72 hours, take a 4-hour nap and be good to go for another 3 days. Back in the days of my 96-hour work week. Good Lord that was such a long time ago! Sigh....

I am looking forward to getting things figured out so I can actually help others do the same thing. I feel bad sometimes not being able to answer. I know. Time. Patience, Grasshopper. :)

So true about hours in day 3.am in the morning here in Australia and I am reading your blog. Hoping to fit more training too
