On a lighter note…
Here in the south of UK today we recorded a temperature of 34.4C / 93.92F, the hottest since 1911!

We are basking in it and making the best of it because we know the storms are on their way.
The amazing thing is that so many people are in great moods. If you live in the UK, you’ll understand why we love talking about the weather. Awesome! :))

I'm actually missing the cold rainy UK which is what we are known for. I like hot but not when it's humid. Crazy climate changes.

1

Yes John, the humidity can be stifling. But the cold, grey damp days are worse, I think!

Great beach weather, not so much if trying to work indoors with no AC. Thanks for sharing!

Well as you know Erica we don't do lots of ACs maybe because we don't get the heat much. So on a day like today with high humidity, we roast slowly. Happy days :)

1

We are boiled too, we had 40 degrees C in our backyard today

2

Wow Loes! As you know we Brits get obsessed with the weather. I'm not sure what we'll do if we get up to 40 C

Nothing, you just sit

Great picture and post. thanks, dear

2

Cheer Mike.

1

That a great temperature when you are on the beach.

2

Many thanks James. It's been a week from heaven! :)

93 F is about the norm for Georgia, USA. We are heading into Fall, however, because finally, the evenings are cooling down.
Enjoy your days!

Great Kathy! We celebrate war weather here :)

Have fun :)

Thank you Samir

I was in London years ago when it was in the high 80's. Buildings just are not designed for it to be that warm. (No air conditioning).

2

No kidding Glen; it was challenging today :)

1

Yeah, enjoy it while you can, Chuka. It will be Christmas before we all know it.

1

Thanks for the reminder of Christmas on a day like this Brad! You are so generous :)

1

Sounds like a cold front to where I'm from. We hit 102F yesterday and forecasted to hit 103F today. Enjoy the weather.

That's our secret Paul, we don't see a lot of the sun and when we do...we go crazy! :)
