There's a problem, when I created custom gravatar with my photo. It becomes the default for any comment without one. I just want mine to show up on my comments, and I can't figure out why it just doesn't show up like here.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling 4 times, tried another theme once, still no graphic header...Coller is supposed to have a header with two cartoon characters from the movie
Unfortunately, there are tens-of-thousands of themes so it's often difficult to advise as how any "options" are implemented is up to the developer. I always recommend going to the support forum for the theme on WordPress http://wordpress.org/themes/coller (the green button, Support Forum) or alternatively the developer's website which can be found within your dashboard or there is often a link displayed at the bottom of your own website: http://rohitink.com/2013/09/11/coller-wordpress-theme/#more-123 for specific help and instructions regarding a theme. :) Rich.
Just another thought Rich, I'm not convinced the problem is in WordPress, but in our set up system....I deleted and reinstalled it 3 different times, and another time using a different theme, and that header graphic didn't show up either...any thoughts on that?
P.S. when i did my initial free site on ubix.com the setup worked fine...all this started yesterday when I went Premium, purchased my url, and then did the "move" between sites, since then it's been a pain.
If you read the developer's tutorial, it says you need to go to Appearance > Coller Settings > Slider Settings and enable the slider. http://d.pr/i/TeBO It's nothing to do with WordPress or the hosting here at WA. Rich.
