I have tried twice via appearance then upload once all WA themes come up .once I browse attach and upload it comes up with an error after a few minutes.

How can i upload a new theme in zip file from my pc?
I have tried twice via appearance then upload once all WA themes come up .once I browse attach and upload it comes up with an error after a few minutes.
I would try to unzip the folder and make sure that there isn't another zip folder that is the actual theme along with some other documents such as a readme file.
If you find another zip folder within the original zip that is likely the theme files you can try to upload that one.
If it's just the theme files you can try to upload the unzipped folder via FTP to the wp-content/themes folder and see if you can then activate from within Appearance -> Themes.
Hi I will view the contents of the zip file and I'm not quite sure on how to upload via FTP.
You would need some software like FileZilla to make it easier. Once installed you add the ftp details to login (from siterubix/details) and then you have 2 folder structures - 1 for you computer and 1 for the server/website. Then it's a simple case of finding the files you want and dragging them to the folder you want. In this case don't forget to create a folder on the server under wp-content/themes for your new theme- so it reads wp-content/themes/newtheme
Hi the file as been transferred via FileZilla successfully but when going into site rubix it is not there and going to themes the prior WA them I deleted via file zilla But still shows free store version false so very stuck.still
Think you might need to ask technical support. Without access to the system it is very difficult to debug this.
What did you see when you unzipped the files? Did you upload the zipped file or the unzipped file via FTP?
