Beware of scams

Hello, everybody! I just wanted to notify you to the fact that there are people who will try to scam you or phish for information... so be careful when you pick up the phone, read an email, or, who knows, answer the door (that seems a little far-fetched to me, but still lol.) I had a bit of a scare today with a scam/phishing company, and I don't want anybody else to have to go through that. Besides, who wants to help a bunch of scumbags get rich, right? Anywho, thanks for reading, and if you're a scumbag, stop being one... though we're all scumbags in a sense, but I won't get into that. Enjoy your day!

It's an everyday occurrence with me! My phone rings 20x a day with unknown callers, or upon call back the number is disconnected. I hate them! It is so frustrating! Now I just let all calls go to voicemail..no message..no call back. Simple!

That's good advice, MsDebbie! I'll have to keep that in mind.

Hahaha. I like the way used wrote this, especially when using the word "scumbags." Yea, don't let them get rich! Scamming people is kind of like winning a race by forfeit.(Not really a win).

Thank you! And I never really thought about it like that, but it's quite true; scamming people is kinda like winning a race by forfeit.

Definitely always be wary on who's on the other end...keep questioning if you are in doubt too, especially if it involves your personal information.

Thanks for the tips, PoisonZ! They're much appreciated.

You*re absolutely right. One can't be careful enough these days.... :/

I know, right? *Sigh*...

Thanks for the reminder, they are everywhere! :)

No problem, Michelle! And yes, they are!
