How Great It Feels to Create a Tutorial

I just created my first tutorial. I entitled it Setting Up Your Pinterest Account for Exponential Numbers. And, it felt great!

To be honest, I was a little scared of creating training. I've been putting off creating a tutorial for a little while.

I've been on Wealthy Affiliate for a few months, and all the while I've been learning as much as I possibly can.

Affiliate marketing was brand new to me when I joined WA. And, as a newbie, I new the learning curve was steep.

I needed to immerse myself in research and training. I was a student once again.

Then, a few days ago, I began to feel guilty. I felt like I was taking and taking without giving back.

I realized it was because of fear.

It's weird I know:

WA is a supportive community, and I'm kind of a professional at creating training. I've been training people for over 20 years.

Daily ,I create lessons for both high school and college students

Yet, this is something different. I'm an expert in that field.

But here, I was still learning.

Do you want to know what I've learned the most about affiliate marketing?

You always need to be learning because if you don't, then you won't succeed.

If I waited until I'm ready, I'll never create training that helps others.

And what's worse, I've already written over 37,000 words using SiteContent.

I've already been helping my audience.

It's helping other affiliate marketers that intimidated me.

It's the whole training the trainer thing (I've even done that for my day job, too).

So, I bit the bullet, and created my first tutorial. It felt awesome giving back to the community. It's all about helping others.

Now, I want to create more tutorials. I think I'll ride the content creation high for a little bit and help even more people.

Creating training feels great because it's about helping people.

And helping people always feels great.
