My Affiliate Blues
So I wanted to get my first post up. I have been with WA since September 24, 2018, and believe me that it is curing my affiliate blues.
The Hard Work Will Pay Off

I am just another guy. I keep low in my life but I have many interests. I am a guitar player and I like to keep physically active. I started reading again (a passion I left when I graduated from high school) We all have our lifestyle. The way I see it, we can use this to reach an audience on line. All it takes is some hard work and dedication.
Plan?
OK, so it also helps to have a plan. I found WA with Google and I decided to try it out. There was skeptical at first but after 5 days, I was sold on buying in. The guidance and network is what I wanted.
I started my "making money online" research a couple of years ago. There is a lot of information on the subject. Probably more misinformation than not. I understood from the start that you need a website to make anything happen for you on line. Unless you already have product, in which case you have probably invested a ton of cash into a marketing team that will build the site for you, you will need to do this yourself.
I was without a plan. I was watching videos to learn about techniques that marketers use and the tools that they used to make advertising. It was really confusing. At least now I have a community that can help me answer my question, give guidance and support, and has the tools necessary to build and manage e-commerce all in one place.

Passion Niche or Learned Niche?
What they are teaching here is learning. Learning to build a site and then learning how to profit from it.The one question has always plagued me: should I start with a passion? There is a certain guilt behind trying to build a niche site around my passions. I just feel like I am profiteering and showing off my own talents and skills. I built my Instagram profile around indoor rock climbing and my life in general. I was a routesetter once and I think the community did not like what I was doing. So I stoped.Finding something that you are intersted in is also a good start. Even something as simple as computer skills can be a niche. It creates another learning curve, but what the hey, we are here to learn anyways.
Getting Rid of The Blue
I am fortunate to have a father who ran his own small business. I understand the highs and the lows all to well. It is really about dedication, inspiration and influence. Without one or the other, a newbie like me can get really lost.
So find your inspiration. Then dedicate part of your day to work and dedicate a part of your day to learning and the sky is the limit.
I hope this is some daily inpiration for my fellow newbies at WA. Welcome.

I was following the misinformation out there for a while too. Then I was helped to find WA. So glad I was led to it. :)
