BOOM! Google Indexed my website!
Just wanted to share with you all that my website, which is now 6 days old, is indexed in Google. I would be lying if I wasn't concerned that it took this long but between you and me, I wasn't sure how long it takes to index a website. Better now than later!
Just a quick question about indexing. Do I need to add a robots.txt or sitemap file? I vaguely remember a time when that was required, many years ago. Granted, I am only at Course 2, lesson 3 and to my knowledge that has not been discussed. It would be good to know if I need to plan on adding those files at all.
