WE WILL EAT OUR WAY TO BECOMMING HEALTHY AGAIN.

For the past few years I've been working on understanding why we wait until our health begins to fail us before we consider doing something to improve our circumstances es. Now realizing how important health is to the relationships we have with our spouses, children, family and friends.

Failing health alienates you and I from them, mainly because they can't correct what we have neglected all this time, and we wonder where's the sympathy or empathy is, and why aren't they willing to embark on this journey towards healthy eating along with us. Therefore, I'm offering this opportunity to those reading this blog, you may or may not be suffering from any of these health issues, but! so that these things can be prevented or corrected if we consider the necessary changes we need to make in our daily activities and eating habits we can look better, feel better, live longer and most of all help someone else achieve the goal to live, no matter what we are going through, so will you join in with me as we eat our way to a healthier you?

Eating our way to becoming healthier is more involved than what we think, to some it can be a real problem and to others not much of a problem, but the learning to curve now that's different. There's proper food combinations, right times and seasons for each fruit or vegetables we eat. There's the time of day appropriate for eating and resting, but remember eating and resting goes along with proper exercise and doing it means commitment and can be time-consuming, do we have enough hours in our day to accomplish the goals we set for ourselves?

Fragile health takes place over time and it will take time to make and see the changes in our health, physically, mentally and spiritually. Starting and stopping is the easiest thing to do. I have knowledge of relatives who knew the value of proper nutrition, they began on this journey and because it wasn't working as fast as they wanted it too they discontinued their endeavors and as a result their illness over took their bodies and now they've ceased to exist, we remember them and still love them and we also learned from them, we can live longer providing we continue to do what it takes to live longer, look better and become healthy. What's your choice? remember it's your decision.

WHAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM GETTING STARTED

Do you have a lot of projects on your back burner that you hope to get to someday but aren't quite ready for? Don't let this be one of those things you hope to get too, time is to expensive and could become costly. Sometimes it seems like you never have enough time, enough energy, or enough who-knows-what to sit down and start working on them, but today is a good day, why not get started today?

You might be asking why would I begin today, what can I gain today when I start? It has been said knowledge is power, but I couldn't say that was true until one day Improved it to myself, I was talking to someone at the Church I attend, now mind you I do a lot of research on many topics or subjects one is the problems we face on a daily base, which in turn causes worry, because often times we can't see it as resolved, so I asked them to close their eyes and visualize the problem they perceive they have to deal with and I ask them can they see the problem they respond yes, then I ask them to put their hands out as far as they could reach and I ask them again can you see the problem they again answered and I proceed can you put your hands on it ( the problem ) no they respond then that problem is not yours because what you can change you can put your hands on and do it and not worry about it, that's what you'll gain today no more worrying about the changes you need to make, just by starting the process. OH!!! THEY SAID WOW! I never saw it like that, and it works really it does it even cuts down on depression.

So here's where you can begin today, learn what food combinations work for good digestion.

Here is a list to begin with; Remember...

Eat fruits alone and not with or after food

do not to drink while eating as this dilutes the digestive enzymes please don't to eat more than 1 type of protein in a meal ( no fish and meat or cheese and meat / fish )

do not combine protein and starches or protein and carbohydrates in 1 meal

cease to combine proteins with fats

Avoid combining acids and carbohydrates

Avoid combining acids and proteins

Use fats sparingly

Proper food combinations immediately improves digestion and health by taking the pressure off the digestive origins.
