Amazon affiliate or blog?

Currently, I do not know if I should become an Amazon affiliate or a blog poster. I would like for this to be easy but I do not know which will become more profitable. I believe that I can do well with a blog about mental health which will mostly describe my life, or an amazon affiliate, but I do not know what to sell. Oh well. Hopefully, any suggestions would be great!

Well how about you do both? Creating a blog about mental health through your experiences can be great help to others! Through some blog posts maybe you can speak about books or even cd tracks that helped you get by. It's nothing concrete and its just an idea; but who says you can't have the best of both worlds?

I agree with Fiore, if you have specific life experiences related to mental health, you may benefit many people. If you just openly and honestly relate your knowledge of any given subject- others will see and appreciate it and you will become an expert on the matter.
