Greetings!
I am trying to update my credit card information but I cannot see the edit option under billing option. Please help.

hey hi Chezya ... it's all ok ....

just so you know, everything is pretty much available online here on the amazing WA platform for you to access, including your WA accounts > WA Profile > Account settings > Billing / Membership / Payment Source ... click to Payment Source and you can follow the prompts and update and save ...

here's an 11-minute video on 'important stuff .... ' to help locate everything by our Marvelous Marion for your learning & viewing pleasure ...

it's very worthwhile ... wish it had been available when i started here as it would have saved a lot of time ... all the best ... :)

Click yes for domain, then click not listed, then click other and you'll get to them, explain situation.

Hope you get it resolved sooner.

Thanks Abie, I managed to wait the payment out till the "Oops! Your payment failed" notification came up. Then I was asked to update my payment details. Thanks for the support

Recently i noticed that i am unable to access my site from my mobile smartphone. i tried to check for any errors from my dashboard but i couldn't find anything until i noticed

Send a ticket to the site support. Site support is an expert to solve for you.

It might be your SSL Certificate, see if this post and training helps
