Goals Make it Possible
I am sitting here writing from my very own office in my house. Didn't expect for this to happen so quickly. This was actually on my list of non-financial goals at the 1 year mark. I thought it would take a long time for me to get my spare bedroom uncluttered and fixed up the way I wanted. I would also need a computer and I know how expensive they can be so thought I would make computer/office my 1 year goal. I wound up hitting those goals :-)
I wound up looking around on Craigslist and found a desktop Dell for $70-couldn't pass it up. It would make a fine starter computer. As long as I could get onto WA and the internet, that was all I needed. The computer is working just fine and with the help of my husband we got the spare room uncluttered and turned into a library/office. Still needs a little work, but it's serving it's purpose for now.
I have well surpassed my 10 day non-financial goals and am on my way to making my 30 day non-financial goals with only having made those goals about a week ago.
Setting goals gives you something to work towards. When you achieve those goals, it helps you to realize that anything is possible!

Pretty funny, didn't know there was a training on here for that. I'm pretty good with setting goals but I'll check it out, always kooking to improve. :-)
Setting goals certainly does help you to keep abreast of progress. It also helps to point out when falling behind with things.

Thanks Lis, it certainly does. As long as I have my daily schedule, my financial, and non-financial goals all mapped out I can stay on top of things. I wish you the best here at WA also. :-)
If you need a computer look up this place it is called pricewatch.com you will be surprised how cheap you can get a refurbished computer and do not have to worry about someone sending you a box of rocks from craigs list

Thanks Tommy but I actually got that computer. I am actually typing from it now as I speak. It was in close proximity to where I live so I was actually able to go pick it up and check it out first. It's working pretty well so far.
