Themeforest and WooThemes have some really nice and optimized WP templates, I fully aggree. I would also like to add Elegant Themes (www.elegantthemes.com/) to the list.

But Studiopress, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are comfortable with coding. Studiopress offers the Genesis framework and then gives you the ability to build upon their child themes or make new ones of your own.

It's a really great framework (don't get me wrong - I am using it for some of my sites) but unless you are familiar with functions, hooks, etc. then don't try it just yet.
