I am quite sure, you have always seen trash bins filled with plastic water bottles, straws and cups, Styrofoam or paper plates, and sets of glossy pamphlets, flipcharts and paper handouts, after your long business meetings or conferences.

Agree or not, there is a waste of time and resources by purchasing and printing out all these. Agree with me, this waste was generated by the event itself?

I guess it’s our turn to plan for a business event and make it “eco-friendly”. It is very smart, because planning a green business event can not only save your “money”, but it also can generate some positive “buzz” for your company because you’ll be leaving less of a footprint on the environment.
