Hey Carlton,
As members we can NOT upload any file to WA but we can upload files to our websites that are hosted on the WA web servers and linked to our membership for our ease in accessing.
If you are wanting to upload a zip file to your WordPress website then it would depend on what is in the zip file.
Example:
Is it a plugin?
If yes, then go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and follow the prompts from there.
Is it a theme?
If yes, then go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and follow the prompts from there.
However, if it is a zip file you want to link to, let's say, a post to offer to your website visitors, then you would go to you Media > Library and upload your zip file there... where you would then go to your post and provide a link to that file.
Hope you find this helpful.
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I appreciate it very much. The file is an eCommerce web store. Which is a Laravel script. I don't know how to add it even as a subdomain? Thank you for your help.
Hey Carlton,
Perhaps where you purchased it from would have full instructions provided. That is what sellers usually do. If not, then check to see if they have a means of asking for support and ask them how you are to use the zip file they provided.

I am not getting any feedback from support? The website seems to be down?
Thanks a lot! It was dead for a moment. maybe, it is my internet provider causing these problems? I will investigate it. I have been getting can't connect and error messages for my websites all day. I haven't made any changes in 2 weeks. Came back today and it seems all hell broke loose lol!
Thank

Can't find anything out but I do know WA is having a few issues. Did site support contact you.
No, one contacted me concerning the technical issues.
I guess they didn't want everyone to panic? I appreciate you helping find out what was going on.
