Hi all.
I was wondering if there is any feature on the platform that allows you to save a blog or any content for later ready.
I find myself scanning through blogs durin
look for the small star beside the red envelope and mark it yellow put a tag on. (just to categorize)
It will be saved on the top box with the Need help click the star and all saved favorites were there.
If you take a look at the blog post, right under at the title at the very left there's a little star icon. Admittedly it's very faint, but if you click on that you'll be able to favourite it so that you can find it later :)
Of course though don't forget you can always use your browser to favourite things too.

If you cannot log into your WebMail using a Desktop or Laptop computer, then you will need to contact SiteSupport https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support and provide them with the complete prompt that you received so they can help you quicker.
However, if you are having issues logging in using your cell phone that could be the real issue.

How do you know about the fact that she signed up?
Have you received the usual WA notification? If so, it's clearly a system glitch ...
If you haven't received any notification (she just told you) then most likely you you should check and test your affiliate link.

Firstly she is my mom and I helped her sign up, over the phone.
using the link I sent her from my links and referrals.
Secondly Kyle speaks her daily and replies to all her questions.
She went premium on Saturday, only received a message from Kyle.
She has also already bought her own domain and busy building her website.
Lastly I am trying to get someone to check my links to see why but I am not getting any joy.

I wasn't saying that she isn't in the system ... I was saying that if you got the usual system notification when she signed up, then your link is correct. If you haven't, the link you've sent to your mom is probably incorrect.
Me recommendation: If you got the system notification message on your new referral, but she doesn't appear in your ref stats section, than is a system glitch and you should contact the support team.
If you haven't received any notification message after your mom created her account, than you should test the link used by her.

I did not receive anything,
We have double, triple checked the link I sent her and it corresponds 100% to the one she used to sign up with.
How do I test the link, if I click on the link it takes me to the main web page where she added her email address and details then came to the platform and created her account.
Can I create a dummy account and see what happens then delete the account there after?

Yes, that's the idea ... And you need to pay attention to your individual identifier
For example, here's my link
https://siterubix.com/a_aid/e97dcbca
where the "e97dcbca" is my individual ID which basically will associate the referral with my account
If the ID is incorrect, missing, incomplete, you obviously won't receive the referral
And the question is still open: have you received the usual WA email notification about your new referral after your mom signed up?

No I have not received anything.
I did try to copy my link for you to see but it gave me URL error, so had to delete it.
We have checked that ( individual identifier) and her link and mine are exactly the same no errors.
Let me try the Dummy account and see what happens maybe we can then establish what went wrong.
I will use the exact same link as I sent her to sign up.

Have you actually checked your referrals stats.
Click on the Dollar Sign and then Referrals.
The only other thing I can think of is you have made a mistake with your WA Affiliate Link.
It will only take getting one character wrong

Yes your link took me to the same page as my own link does.
I wouldn't worry about the dummy account but if you want to just click on your Account Settings and click on Membership then stop billing and cancel membership.

if so your referral will be there though I have experienced quite a wait before I actually saw it in my referral stats.

In that case I'm thinking you will have to wait until you get another signup and see if you are credited with it.
if not then there is something wrong with the system as far as your membership is concerned.

About 2 years ago I used to think that I wasn't being credited with referrals but according to Kyle the WA algorithm did not make mistakes.
I stopped actively promoting WA after that because I didn't believe him.
I dropped from getting 5 referrals a day to one then none.
Go figure.
I'm off for the night now.
