I have a breadcrumb problem on my website, which is preventing Google from indexing my website. I got an email from Google today saying this:
Breadcrumbs structured data
I just want to say that I feel deflated with my website. I'm not sure if I should continue. I have had nothing but issues with Google Console and analytics.

I have a website and my niche is 'contemporary romance' but I want my website to be more about book reviews on other genres. Can I change my niche to reflect this without deleti
Great question—and the short answer is: yes, you can absolutely change your niche without deleting your website!
Since your current niche is contemporary romance, and you’re thinking of expanding into broader book reviews across genres, this is more of a niche pivot or expansion rather than a complete overhaul. You already have a foundation, and it’s totally possible to evolve your content while keeping your existing site intact.
Here are a few tips to help with the transition:
🔹 Update your branding slightly (site title, tagline, and “About” page) to reflect the new, broader focus on multiple genres.
🔹 Create new categories for the genres you want to add, while keeping your existing romance content—it can still attract traffic!
🔹 Let your audience know about the shift. A simple post explaining the new direction can build trust and keep loyal readers on board.
🔹 Keep SEO in mind—you may want to reoptimize your homepage and some key pages to reflect broader keywords related to book reviews.
You’re not starting over—you’re building on what you’ve already done. And in fact, this kind of niche evolution is pretty common as websites grow!
Hope this helps—wishing you the best with your new direction! 📚✨
Thank you, Tommy. I'm relieved that I don't have to delete my website. I like my domain name and the content I already have. I will tweak my website with your suggestions.

I checked my domain name on Facebook and realised that it's taken on most social media platforms. I'm not sure what to do now.
I encountered exactly the same issue! Well, with instagram, not facebook. When I searched for another account with my domain name it was unfounded but when I came to create the tag in insta it was already taken. I added 'CEO' onto the end of the domain to create a new tag/handle. I'm sure the principal would be the same in facebook.
Yes, that's what I'm thinking too. I will add something else on the end to make it unique.
Your Facebook page name can match your domain exactly (like mine “Work From Your Laptop”) as long as it’s not already in use by another page with the same name.
If it’s taken, just change a word or add a word. “@YourDomainOfficial” or @TheYourDomain, etc.
👍🏼
Thank you, Eric. I can't find the exact name of my domain so I think I can use it. The name for the pages on facebook is spelt different.

Hi, I have only got 6 posts on my website so early days, but wondering how long it takes to index my website with Google, Bing, etc. I think there might be a minimum number of p
Index can be a few days to a few weeks and ranking can take months. Rank is when you will see the posts in the search engine result page.
I have been posting every day or every other day and have had my website since 8 May. However, the website is in the same niche that I had several years ago. That could be a reason.
Google works in Google time mode.
Generally it can be within a few hours to a couple of weeks.
For newer sites it take longer also depending on how regular you are posting on your site.
The more regular you post each day or week the sooner they tend to visit They also set a budget to sites as well. There are many reasons.

Hi guys, I'm in the process of creating my first website through WA. When would be a good time to become a WA affiliate and start promoting? I'm not new here, but I'm starting m
Hi
The WA review was the first post I made when setting up my website.
I also have the link at the top of my social media pages
Hi dalwhu, did you set up a separate page on Facebook, Instagram or did you use your private account? I don't have a following on social media, so this is all new. I have a private Facebook account.
Hi Carolann. You can start anytime. Since you're not new, that means you're familiar with the platform and know where things are. That'll help a lot when guiding new members who sign up as your referrals.
As soon as you join WA you get an affiliate link. Click on the $ tab at the top of the page.
As to when to start promoting - start when you feel comfortable doing so. Plenty of training in the hub to take you through the affiliate process.
