There are certain traits that can be developed that will and can lead to consistent levels of happiness and success. It is up to us to develope them.

Trait #1
They are generous. Really happy people seem to be effortlessly generous. They understand that there will be “plenty to go around”, and so they are more than willing to share time, money or resources to help other people.And by the way, in the minds of exceptionally happy people, there is no such thing as a worry about being taken advantage of—the reward lies in simply meeting a perceived need.

They smile and laugh—a lot. Very happy people seem to have this aura of “Hey, life is short and life is what I make of it so I think I’ll make it fun.”
Everywhere they go people seem to welcome them with open arms and open hearts. Why? Because through their actions and outlooks, exceptionally happy people reflect to others how good life really can be for all of us.
They don't have less difficulties than anyone else, but these folks wisely focus on putting their problems behind and bringing cheer into the the lives of others. It's a win-win.
