Eagerly awaiting my first sale

So .. I completed the content for my first niche website before the christmas break, and I am now eagerly awaiting my first sale. Traffic has not been overwhelming, but at least I am ranked in Google and saw some hundreds of visitors.

I am actually satisfied with this first result, as I was simply using a topic I am familiar with (martial arts) to test out the whole niche definition webdesign, keyword research, content creation and affiliate placement as I was following along the basic courses.

Click rate has not been overwhelming however (only 6 clicks on the affiliate links) but hopefully this will pick up when I create more content.

I am already looking forward to my next niche website, for which I have already purchased the domain names.
