Hi,
I looked at all those referrals and the reason people are not interacting with them is because they have not done anything where people in the community would even know they are there.
In order to get noticed they have to complete their profiles, post one or twice in a thread, ask a community question, or go premium. Otherwise you, as their mentor, are the only person who knows they exist.
