Wow, 3000 Followers!
I try to make it a habit of checking to see who is following me so I can return the favor. Today I noticed that I now have over 3000 members following me, Woohoo!
I have had people ask, what is the point of having so many followers and following others? Well, let me explain how I look at it. For every person I follow I receive an email each time they make a post or ask a question. This gives me the option to help them or learn from them. This also works vice-versa for everyone that is following me. This community is much more than a let's be friends community. This is a community where we all learn from each other and share our own knowledge with everyone. Some members go above and beyond to do whatever they can to help others succeed and I applaud them. I want to thank everyone I follow and everyone that follows me for being a part of my network, let's continue to grow by sharing our knowledge. This has been one of best experiences that I have had in all my years of working online.
Sharing will enrich everyone with more knowledge.- Ana Monnar

I agree wholeheartedly; by finding out about problems or learning experiences of others it can help us as though we did it ourselves. I just wish I had the capacity to remember it all . But that is why we have the gold star list... stawhu (Scott)
I don't think anyone can absorb all the info here in a short amount of time. I bookmark everything for future use.
Each person who has people following them and follows in return is creating their own network. A network is a key building building block for any business. As your network grows, your potential fro growth grows, too.
Each time I visit WA, I try to follow a few more people and visit the profiles of those who have recently followed me. I always try to post engaging blogs and comment on other member's post whenever I have something either useful, relevant, informative or humorous to say.
