I've been having some technology issues so I'm a bit late for my July goals. Better late than never, right?
My June goals were simple:
- stick to a content schedule
- prepare to launch my new site
- get a freelance writing client
How did I go?
I didn't stick to my content schedule.
I read something about copywriting and another thing about headlines that opened my eyes to a few things I have been doing wrong. I'm thinking about dropping back to one post per week and then increasing from there.
I'm still preparing to launch my new site
So much still to write.

I got one freelance writing client.
I managed to get a client on Upwork. Its not in my niche though.
Getting anything done in the latter part of the month was a struggle because of computer and internet issues. Which are now resolved! So bring on the rest of this month I say.
Goals for July
I think keeping the goals under the same broad headings really worked, so I'm going to stick with it.
Content Schedule
I will post once a week. I will create a landing page and WA sales funnel. I will promote my content like crazy. I will start commenting on more blogs in my niche. I will stop now, before I overwhelm myself with goals...
New Site
I will continue to prepare to launch in August. I will create all foundational pages and pillar articles. I will explore the niche and prepare my game plan.
Freelance writing
I need more samples. I will pitch 4 guest posts. I will get another client in my niche.
That's all for now... And I should probably write these goals down somewhere so that if my technology fails me, I will still know what I'm supposed to be doing.
