It is great to see you have a customer. Very nice.
We see that you have several good suggestions below.
We can see why SiteSupport suggests a registrar outside of WA because the customer wants the domain name not to be under your name.

Just wonder if it is possible for people living in Nigeria can join in as free member? I did some research saying that they can't join as a free member..
So as of June 2020, 8 countries are on partial block list:
Bangladesh
Egypt
Ghana
Pakistan
Kenya
Morocco
Tanzania
Viet Nam
And, 3 countries are fully blocked:
Senegal
Turkey
Nigeria

Hi - it's due to the high level of fraudulent activity in those countries. Also, Bangladesh, Egypt, Ghana, Pakistan, Kenya, Morocco, Tanzania and Vietnam cannot have free starter accounts, they have to pay for premium from the outset.

Not sure on the specifics, but I believe this site is global, they should be able to if they can process payments and become a member. However am not 100 percent certain.
You need make an enquiry to either Kyle or Carson, just to be certain.

The short answer is, no.
You can see all payment options when you go to your Account Settings > scroll down to Subscription Settings . click on the Payment source tab and view the information posted there.

Hey! I'm good. Things have been slow due to commitments as a full-time working mother. How about you?
I'm also a full time mum with full time job, great that my little one go to school all day which some as my office hours. :)
How many kids you have and how old?
I only have one and he just turned 3!!
Hope to have more free time to start 2018.
Same with me. I work full time and both my kids go to school. One is 5 months, now in infant care and the other is 2yo now in childcare.
Yeah, I feel you babe. It's tough juggling everything
