Offer something with your voice

When we learn, here in WA, the way to create our website or blog to expose our matter, our niche or whatever, we receive a good instruction to not "copy and paste" from other sites the content. Yes, that's right and we must observe this point, it's a point to be reliable, honest, true of a kind of professional person (because we are talking about some area that we, in theory, dominate somehow). But other issue, as well, remarked here in WA, it is see and read other founts of knowledge. Yes, it is legitimated, correct and necessary, totally, because to know the major part of things of life, we have to read and hear other people. When I was student at university, we had to realize essays and works, so we had to explore some bibliography and then offer an intellectual product, of writing or some speech, using information millions of times repited, but with our own voice.

We have to process the information and offer our view, our personality has to be printed on the information that we offer. And when we use information of other people, it's necessary remit to them and make a citation of their works or comments or whatever, for respect them and to generate trust, it's key of good job. This is the way to manage information and to print our profile and personal brand on our stuff. I heard many times lots of explanations about some issue, about the same issue, and every person presented me that stuff in diferent way. They caught my attention or not, talking about the same stuff. How? The personal voice and style marked that difference.
