Instead of "target public" think in "customer comprehension"
I've started to learning the third step, about to make money, and I like a lot this concept of 'customer comprehension'. My profile is sort of genuine because I work as social worker, I got knowledge and courses for that, but and I studied also Public Relations (in Spain-Catalonia a degree was for 5 years, 3 of them I studied philosophy and I completed my degree with 2 years of Public Relations). Many and many times we heard and we read about the vital importance of the 'target', the 'objective public', as a set of people, they are drawn with a little of "face, mouth and eyes", they're figured with some necessities, created or not created, toward whom the action of publicity has to bomb (talking in a gross way). Personally I like more this term, 'customer comprehension', about understand what your client or your public or audience need to solve their necessities. So I'm totally agree: offer something that is useful for your public, with this way to help, and then get your money, well earned because you accomplished the first point.
