The One man Show!

Right mentality but wrong approach and strategy can make you lose the game.

Leveraging your resources and making sure to have the best players in the game increases your chances of winning by a lot!

A "One man show" attitude will NOT take you far, actually this strategy could lead you to lose the game in no time, can't win by thinking you can or have to " do everything" yourself losing leverage and perspective. Without this two important elements it's so much harder to succeed.

Here is Why...

This morning something interesting happened at my job, this young Supervisor approached me asking to reorder a part they had run out of and he expressed that I rush it because the job was hot and they needed it as soon as possible, I told him that I would take care of it. Surprisingly when I contacted the purchasing department to place the order or requisition to buy the part and push it through this young guy was already there asking them to order the part, when he saw me he said "don't worry I already took care of it" I go "cool, but perhaps you should let me do my job, this is not something you should be doing", for which he replied, "the most important thing here is to "Win the Game" and get things done quickly" and I go, " you have too many things in your plate already, he said "I know but I always like to get my stuff done fast and I want them to get done right". So then I thought, he has the right attitude but wrong approach.

This young Supervisor is indeed in charged of too many areas and he is pretty overwhelmed, from my point of view he does not know yet the real meaning of being a Supervisor, he still needs to learn how to delegate and hold people responsible for their areas of responsibility, so he can focus in the most important aspects of his role and look at the big picture.

You can Win!

This principle; among others of course; is easily an important piece in the process on creating a successful business. My wife and I have been in the real estate business for the last 15 years, sort of part-time, and we learned it the hard way, zero experience when my wife and I started, we knew we wanted to build something and leave a legacy to our family but didn't know exactly what or how.

Knowing when to let go and look at the horizon to blowout and open up your Vision is what is going to take you to the next level. And WA is in our horizon now!

Let's focus and make it an Epic Experience!

At least that's how I see it....thanks for letting me share!

One of the hard things to learn is that experience speaks volumes, and one of the things with that is that experience is a learned quality and one that can not be brought.

Focusing on the overview can help to create some very good outcomes.

Thanks for sharing Carlos and best wishes as you explore new horizons.
