Hello. I am an energetic baby-boomer who's goal is to help myself and others to find time to have and enjoy their life.

I love working with people and have been a teacher, counselor and friend to many varied and wonderful individuals.

I love animals, music, reading, writing and photography. I enjoy studying health and nutrition, gardening, self-improvement, self sufficiency, and a variety of different topics.

I look forward to growing through WA and wish all of you great success in this endeavor.
