Is the Auto backup set on our Websites so when we update WP we don't loose all the information on the site?
Hey Keith,
You should always backup your website BEFORE making major changes like updating WordPress and/or plugins.
In an emergency, you could rely on SiteSupport BUT, if an updated was not done recently then you could find that you have lost content that you had added previously.

To be on the sure side, I recommend taking a back up also yourself even though SiteSupport does it also for you. Contact SiteSupport for the instructions on how to do it.

wondering how to refer people to WA use your affiliate
link which you will find under the gray $ at the top of
the page by the airplane!
