Have you started the training yet? FDA requirements? (Federal Drug Administration) Not sure what you are referring. A Privacy Policy is required for websites. Start with the green, "get started here" which will answer many of your questions.
Apologies - I should have said FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I was referring to the Affiliate Statement that should be visible on
websites like ours where we promote affiliate products.
