I need help with Ad Inserter

I am hoping that someone can help me. I am having a problem with ad inserter. I am not getting ads on my site anymore, only this.

I get this when I click label blocks.

As well as blue boxes when I click show positions.

However, I get no ads. Not one. I'm a little frustrated. I've tried everything that is suggested, but I still haven't been able to solve this problem.

I'm hoping someone will know what I need to do. I'm ready to tear my hair out, and I don't have much as it is. It really wouldn't be a pretty sight.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks. Worth a try. Nothing else has worked, however I can use native ads through widgets. It's all a mystery.

Widgets use html most of the time
Depends of your theme too

Try html instead of javascript...

And paste code in text tab of your worspress editor... save as draft and check if that is better?

Hi Candace
I hope that Scotts suggestion has helped.

I gave up with Google Ads a long time a go. I just couldn’t get them placed where I wanted them. They would show up all over my site and made it look spammy in my opinion.

Hello,
I just set mine up recently and I have it working as intended. Here are some screenshots of my setup that might help you.

Image 1 shows the setup I use for the widget in my footer.
Image 2 shows the setup for the first widget in my sidebar.
Image 3 shows the setup for the second widget in my sidebar.

As you can see I have the options checked for Posts, Static Pages, Home Page, Category Pages and Tag/Archive Pages for the footer one. That's because the footer is on all of those pages in my theme.

As for the other 2 you'll see Posts, Search, Category and Tag Archive. That's because I don't have the sidebar on my home page so it's not necessary to have it checked.

If you don't want to use the widget you can set it up like example 4 (I used to do this but decided I didn't want the ads in my actual content).

Keep in mind that each pasted code is different so that different ads are shown in each spot.

Images 5 and 6 show the ads working on my site.

I hope this helps you.

Scott

Thanks for taking the time to help out. Nothing I did fixed the issue, so I have contacted Adsense to see if they can help.

Sorry to hear that.

Me too. Thanks again.

Wish I could help. I haven't done any ads yet.
