Yes you can register and watch the live video class as it happens. And you can go back to watch any of the replays of the live video classes. It's another perk of being a premium member.

Can I attend the hot seat 2016 without having a website?

Guys, I think there is a difference in attending the webinar AND requesting a hot seat.
I assume the hot seat places are limited and meant for people who have a complete website (probably going to use those to do practical exercises on) while anyone can attend the webinar.
So if you don't have a complete website, just register for the webinar and you would still see/hear all the information that's going to be told.
