Why I Joined Wealthy Affiliate
If you're like me and many others who have searched for ways to make money online, you've probably tried a numbers of different programs or training courses. I've made many attempts to build a business online in the past and every time I've failed miserably. I've tried a few MLM's, SEO, affiliate marketing, CPA, and probably a few other methods that I can't think of right now. Instead of continuing to burn through 1000's of dollars and driving my wife crazy, I decided to step away from marketing (or what I thought was marketing) and figure out what was wrong with these "make money programs".
During these few months away from the internet, I read many personal development books, I listened to podcasts, I watched motivation videos on Youtube, and I started to train my mind with wealth principles. I realized that I was searching for a secret to making money online that really didn't exist. If a secret does exist I now know that I'm not going to find it in a $17 ebook! I blamed the methods for my failure when in fact it was my own mind that was blocking my success.
When I stumble upon Wealthy Affiliate I knew that this was the platform I would use to build my business for the long term. If I were to sum up my reasons for joining Wealth Affiliate it would be for the follow for benefits.
Community
In my opinion, one of the main causes of the 99% failure rate in home business is the lack of support. Have you ever had a problem while building your business? For example, maybe you've purchase a some course online only to find out now you need to figure out how to install Wordpress on the domain you just purchased. So you search Google and come across some WSO that promises to make money online using only Youtube and without building a website. So you buy that WSO but now you need to figure how to make your videos. So your search Google again and some other course or software catches you eye. Now you're stuck in this endless cycle of buying crap just to figure this whole internet marketing thing out! That's what happened to me and it happens to a lot of people online.
If you're a member of Wealthy Affiliate, you have access to a huge community who actually want to help each other. If you have a question you can go to the community get the support you need.
Training
When I saw the training inside of Wealthy Affiliate it blew me away. There is a ton of videos and articles available to help you build a real business. There are a lot of courses out there that leave you hanging and do not provide all of the training that you need to be successful. There isn't anything left out inside of Wealthy Affiliate and they are constantly added more content regularly.
Tools
Every professional needs tools. The tools inside of Wealthy Affiliate are incredible. Basically you get everything you need all under one roof. No need to spend a bunch of money collecting tool before you actually get in profit. They make it really easy for everyone inside of Wealthy Affiliate.
Value
Overall, the value here at Wealthy Affiliate is higher than any other program I've seen online. I am looking forward to building long-term relationships and businesses here.

Well said Calvin. I guess we all start the same and hit brick walls for the reasons you mention.
I also accidentally bumped into Wealthy Affiliate after spending hundreds of dollars on useless programs as you describe.
Finally, my money making world is coming together in one piece with all the support and training here. Now I am not rushing to make the money. I am thorough in learning the skills that bring the money and I know once I get these, I will scale more and more.
Wealthy Affiliate has taught me to focus on one thing and follow a successful template. Putting in the work learning the skills the right way and applying them consistently.
I finally believe that I can achieve greater things than myself with this all round training and support available here.
