Is It That Time Again
I must admit that I heard of these things during a church sermon that I am pretty sure was on every pastor, priest, rabi, etc. topic for discussion today. Its a perfect time for affirmations and finding and making personal commitments for our spiritual health and mental well being. But shouldnt we being doing this all year round? Isnt that what we are all doing here at WA? Making a personal commitment and affirmation to all our fellow friends here.
This should also be applied to people we know outside of WA as well. These New U Principles that I refered to earlier were 1.) Use Caution. apply this to everything you may do in the new year to come. It has become a troubled world out there and sometimes it can leak into yours. 2.) Utilize. Learn, take action, take some risks(we all know about that),but just dont sit there waiting for someone to knock on your door and hand you the keys to the kingdom. 3.) Uncover Opportunities. You can find them in almost everything you do if you look hard enough and if they dont pop out at you UNCOVER them. 4.) Uphold Time. This is probably the most valuable to me. Do not waist a single minute for every one that we have is so precious and we will not be able to get it back once it is gone. Live everyday like its your first and your last.
If I may add to this list, treat everyone with the kindness that you would like to receive and even if you dont get it, do it anyway for the reward may come when you least expect it, but really need it. To all out there Have a Very Happy and Blessed New Year and be safe. Paula

You sound like a very kind and compassionate person. I saw where you said no body read your blog; it is possible that some read it and just had no comment. But there is much truth in this post, especially in that last paragraph where you say "treat everyone with the kindness that you would like to receive and even if you dont get it, do it anyway for the reward may come when you least expect it, but really need it"
One of my favorite songs is "Do it Anyway" by Martina McBride.
Keep up the good work, and don't get discouraged, because nothing worth while is ever accomplished with out a struggle. Your blogs will get better, and more people will notice. Keep your eye on your short term goals, and you will do fine.

Thank you Mark. I feel much better now. I just need alot of constructive criticism at this juncture of my training. Never blogged before, and everything else along with it. This is my first rodeo, so they say.
