This other affiliate program with the troublesome link might have a community where you could find people who had the same problem and learn how they solved it. I have not had problems with affiliate links yet so I'm not sure how to help.
Sure it's not a case like when you paste the link there are two https;// at the beginning?

I am almost to the point of giving up. Mostly I can only use amazon for my links. Several of the other ones will not work for me. I copy link and paste it into my url for add links, and site is not recognized. Here is an example. I am trying heartworm meds for dogs under 25 lbs. Here is my link:re.com" border="0"/>
It automatically puts it into the search box, I change it to the URL box and this is the error I get:

A question about keywords. I want to have a main keyword title for dog beds and then have sections in the body for different types of dog beds. The problem is that "dog beds"
You will never rank with 'dog beds'.It cannot work that way. Make it more specific, reduce QSR; dog beds for large dogs, dog beds for small dogs, dog beds under $XY, luxury dog beds, washable dog beds.
That is the problem. I want to talk about the different types of dog beds. It seems odd to have to make up different posts but I guess I will have to make a post on each of the types of dog beds. Thanks for your help.
You can make such post with a list and descriptions of all of them, as you planned.
I am only saying it will be useless if you cannot rank with it. So find a better keyword.

I am having an issue with one of my affiliate links. It is not pasting correctly like my other affiliate links did. When I paste the link and I go to settings, nothing shows

You put your link where it says URL not in the search box. You only use the search box if you are trying to link to one of your old pages or posts
I guess what confuses me is that my other affiliate sites were automatic. All I had to do in settings was check the box for open in new window. I will try that. Thanks.
I tried that and when I click the link to bring me to the product page, it comes up with safari can't find website so I have no idea what is going on.
I tried to post the link but it won't send because there is not a valid URL.
So, this is what they say the link is and below is a screen shot of what comes up in settings.
Can you give us more info? Maybe paste the link into the question so we can see if there is a problem with the url.
