Not happy and cancelling
I am not happy. My entire website has been hijacked. I am unable to even log in to the admin to try and fix it. I use WA hosting and I only ever logged into the site from here. I am not happy and I am cancelling my membership as of today. What a waste of time and money. If WA is unable to protect people from this, then I want to part in it. My site should not have been hacked when using their stuff. I did everything by the book. Did not change the passwords, nothing. I use it exactly ad they said and now all that work is gone and my money wasted!

Hi Samantha. Have you tried having tech support help you out at all? Sometimes we have to be a bit patient and try and work through problems that arise. Before you throw in the towel, you really should turn in a ticket for help. You may be surprised at how quick someone can get you back on track.

Sorry it did not work for you. If I decided to stop today, it would not be a waste of time because I have learned so much for the money I invested.
