Why Is So Hard?
So at this juncture in my time here at Wealthy Affiliate, I'm feeling quite a bit of writer's block when it pertains to content creation on my affiliate website. Besides some mild stagnation, I am feeling some procrastination so that's not good, I know, I know...Part of the reason why I'm getting involved in the message boards is to keep my focus on Wealthy Affiliate until I make the decision to get back into my web site design. Before I get to that, and while I'm doing that, I need to go back to the training. Just break through this and get back to business, get away from the TV (only have a problem with it while the soaps are on), close all of the other windows on my laptop that are distracting me, and stop checking my email so often. It happens: honeymoon period is over, but the good news is that I've stayed with this longer with this longer than anything else including that Spiderweb Marketing thing a few years back. That proves that that Wealthy Affiliate is truly a better system and the rewards are already apparent even though I haven't made a dollar yet. I haven't quit yet and this time, I'm not going to. I joined Premium and that's where I will stay because it has more benefits. I will work to encourage and that can help me to work up the internal motivation to get off my 'buts'!

One thing I find helpful when I'm in that kind of blue funk is watching Jay's training videos, or finding a podcast that I can listen to while I'm doing other things. Sometimes, a few days of just listening and not actively 'working' on anything is all it takes to get me back to where I should be...

Hang in there if there weren't bumps along they way you wouldn't appreciate it as much. I struggle at times with writing. It is my weak subject in school. I am a math person. So I understand your frustration.
Thanks Vicky. Yes, it is the friction that makes the rock a diamond, and it is the process of learning and doing that produces results that will give us our treasure both inside and out.
