My first " keyword rich " post

Just finished my first "keyword rich" post, the training was great, I

followed step by step and i'm not a content writer by any means, as a

matter of fact I wasn't very keen on having to write content, and

certainly not 1000 words, but as I followed along and did exactly as

Kyle said I was hunting and pecking like a wild man, when all said and

done my first post was 1122 words, 18 paragraphs and 5 headings!!!! Not

sure if it is fluid and will make sense when someone reads it, but I'm

pretty happy with result. Kyle excellent trainer, will moving along to

next course 2morrow.
