i want to use a link and banner to show on my sidebar on specific post not to all post. what can i do? your help please?
I think you will need to put the banner in a widget on your side bar. Dashboard - appearance- widget- drag and drop type into sidebar and paste banner code.
Unfortunately this will show all the time.

Hi, banners can be fetched here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/banners
Copy and paste in the text interface of your editor. If in a widget, I would add a text one and again use the text interface paste my link there.
That's Appearance > Widgets.
