1.0 DO NOT SHOOT ME DOWN IN FLAMES

I am talking about creating change and how to be blissful about it. Stick with me and see where it leads.

HERE TO HELP EACH OTHER - FLAMES NOT NECESSARY

There is no fuel being added to any fires but there has been some uneasiness on the Wealthy Affiliate Platform, namely Live Chat sessions in the past, nothing to dwell on and it is perfectly normal - if not prepared that is. There is no need to share specifics because this is quite a general post and I do not know them and no need to discuss personal experiences.

This is simply a personal observation of my own and a step towards improving our level of enjoyment whilst we learn, correspond and communicate on the Wealthy Affiliate Platform.

No situation is often ever perfect and my purpose for sharing my thoughts is to empower us with new ways of thinking and perhaps look at situations differently at times.

I am Never Preaching only the sharer of words and nothing is Gospel but I do hope you enjoy my writing efforts!

THE PAST IS IN THE PAST - "Let it be" - Nicely done by the Beatles!

What is important to appreciate, is that "THE PAST IS IN THE PAST" and it is important not to lose yourself within it or your experiences. Anyone that has read some things I have written, I purposefully make a point of saying that it is seldom useful to live in the past, unless there is something useful that you can retrieve from it.

More importantly in my view is to REFOCUS and learn from past events or dare I say "MISTAKES". In my book it's called "FORGIVING YOURSELF."

Did I always heed my own advice, of course not, AND DO I, I am still learning but certainly in the last five years, I have become more relaxed with life and wise enough to realize that stressful situations do not help us. Presently, I am involved with stress - in a later post I will tell you how the situation was managed - hopefully with a peaceful mind.

- NOT ANGRY LIKE PUSSYCAT!

Those that know me, appreciate that I am just an ordinary person that has experienced a series of life experiences - like many of us do - and in the last five years, I noticed things that made me unhappy and how I mismanaged stressful events - not a teacher in any way, I just say words that resonate with me.

EXPOSING MY MIND TO NEW EXPERIENCES - We have the world at our finger tips!

2.0 PREPARING YOURSELF - LIVE CHAT (But not only) - BE THERE IN YOUR TOTALNESS

PREPARE YOURSELF - WHY

The Live Chat is just an example and helpful to the message I want to convey and what I say below can be helpful for us in our approach to all manner of situations. There are endless situations that we find ourselves which could quite easily develop into something bigger if mismanaged by our negativity.

"DO NOT LOOSE YOURSELF IN YOUR ROLE" and one of our sole purposes of being in existence is to grow ourselves. Within the Wealthy Affiliate platform and throughout training, Kyle has purposefully taught us that we are in the business of helping others, we are all real people. As we help others, we are growing.

3.0 GENTLE RULES FOR ALL OF US - None of us are immune - Well may be some!

Some awareness is necessary before you enter a Live Chat, a business Live Chat, such as Wealthy Affiliate I am referring to the following:

3.1 THERE'S TWO ANGLES WHEN YOU ENTER

When you go into the Wealthy Affiliate Live Chat Room, you enter from one of two perspectives which is either:

1. To obtain some answers to unresolved personal issue's and being mindful that anyone individual may not have all the answers at their disposal. This requires some understanding and acceptance.

2. To offer some suggestions to help resolve some issues that others can not resolve by themselves. Being mindful that you may not have all the answers to the questions that are being asked of you. This requires some understanding and acceptance.

WE HAVE GOT TO BE MINDFUL - Which also means being REASONABLE

3.2 BEING RELAXED - It is important to enter the Live Chat, being totally relaxed, you shouldn't enter the situation with a serious mind, take time to just be at peace with yourself before you enter.

However, do not limit this practice to one situation like live chat - if you sit with a friend, the same rules apply, so be at peace as well. Practice being at peace and notice yourself being relaxed.

"BE RELAXED AND BE PREPARED TO LISTEN"

We are building on the foundations that Wealthy Affiliate Training is providing us, we are learning and we are gaining confidence.

3.3 BE THERE TOTALLY - In anything that you do, it is important that you are doing it for the joy of doing it. If you are in an insupportable situation upon entering a Chat Room and you are not happy, you are probably not going to benefit from the experience as much as you could.

You may wish to consider your options, which will usually one of the following:

1. Take yourself out of the situation - if you are feeling out of sorts and you do not feel in a state as I describe above, at peace or a positive state of mind, it's unlikely that anyone will benefit fully - either questioner or answerer.

2. Change the situation - we always have a choice on how we react to negative events, so we need to know of this. It is all about our own happiness.

3. Accept it - If we are entering a Live Chat and interacting with others and exchanging information, enjoy it! Give information, receive information but importantly accept the experience and take something positive from the experience. Giving it your fullest attention.

This is just taking responsibility for your life and enjoying the experience and also having respect for each other.

3.4 IF A SITUATION BECOMES COMPLICATED IN LIVE CHAT

No need to worry, things happen but worry has no useful purpose in our lives, so bear this in mind as well.

The important thing to remember is that we are in the business of building genuine relationships. Practice focusing your attention on the other person, you simply want to create a solution for the problem being discussed.

LOVE YOURSELF MORE - Why Not Indeed.

Do we do it enough? To some of us the statement "Love Yourself More", may even sound a little weird - there was a time when it would have done to me. Take time in loving yourself, love will never leave you and you will never lose it!

We are part of a community that is part of a process in building relationships and therefore we need to be open and focus our attention on the other person, there is nothing we want from that person. We want to simply be supportive and aware of how we feel ourselves.

4.0 NO DWELLING ON THE SITUATION ALLOWED - Victims of circumstances

WHOOPS, WRONG KIND OF DWELLING!

We are not Victims of circumstances, although it can often feel like it at times. We can go along complaining and temporarily this may seem like the right thing to do but essentially complaining is a non-acceptance of the situation and potentially turns into another negative situation.

Many people are rushing around and overthinking everything, they want too much and are often seeking too much of the World. The Wealthy Affiliate Platform is not the World, it is an enjoyable place to be. Respect others and be available to offer assistance.

"DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE JOY OF BEING HERE"

THE LOOK OF JOY

The Wealthy Affilitae Platform for me has been a very uplifting experience over the last 3 months, it has been a place which has taken me above negativity, judgments, guilt or anxiety which are generally about my thoughts of some future event.

BE AT ONE - Find some JOY in what you do!

Whether you are assisting others or there to resolve your own personal problems, each party and all members have a function and a role to carry out. If you can be in the following emotional states before entering any form of interaction:

1. BE AT PEACE - Life isn't as serious as we think it should be

2. BE AWARE - Just be aware of yourself and how you feel

3. BE WHO YOU ARE - Do not pretend to be anything other than who you are

AND

"YOU WILL NOT BE WRONG"

"BE KIND TO YOUSELF BY BEING KIND TO OTHERS"

4.0 CHANGE AND WHY YOU ARE CREATING IT AT WEALTHY AFFILIATE

I have written something recently along the same lines of what I say now and it's another useful message, so worth another brief mention.

4.1 CHANGE - I see that we are all creating change in our everyday activities at Wealthy Affiliate. Wealthy Affiliate is providing a platform, not simply for members to CREATE BUSINESS and MAKE MONEY ONLINE - We are part of this wonderful opportunity to:

"CHANGE THE STRUCTURE OF OUR MINDS"
