I own freepaintingadvice.com, but can't move my siterubix site over.
Your domain doesn't point to our DNS servers here at WA. In order to host your own domain name here, you must have these set-up.
If you are trying to update your DNS, there is training here at Wealthy Affiliate walking you through the process (using http://namecheap.com, godaddy or 1and1).
Here is a link to that training:
WA Hosting - Setting Up Your Domain DNS
The DNS is also known as the "nameservers" and these are what tell your domain to look for your website, which in this case is going to be the hosting here at WA.
Here are your DNS settings again (also within that tutorial):
http://ns1.mywahosting.com
http://ns2.mywahosting.com
Let me know if you have any further issues.
Hi Kyle, thanks for personally replying. My problem is that I transfered both domains from name cheap at the same time, and it even shows up in my domain list here at W.A. but only one domain works. I went back to name cheap and both domains were transfered. I'd really appreciate your input. Thanks!
