Hello I went premium because i t said for 19 dollars but I think you guys charged me more!!!

Your message came to the WA community instead of Site Support. That said, click on your profile image in the upper-left here and select Account Settings. Scroll down an look at your invoice...What does it show you were charged? It's $19 US for the first month so.
If you find there is an error then reach out to Kyle and make sure to choose the billing option when you message him.

It's $19 U.S dollars - Are you in the U.S.? Perhaps you were looking at the total charge including an exchange rate?
