Can't get my content to rank

I was concern about my website and why my content was not getting ranked. I would often time read about other members success in getting their content ranked in no time and wondered what I was doing wrong. I kept going anyway.

After receiving an email of an upcoming live training where Jay spoke about the 2019 SEO Checklist. I wrote down every point made because I was desperate and determined to see a change. I needed the motivation, anyway, after going through my content and adjusting according to the checklist. I was surprised in 24 hours my content was ranked. Afterward, subsequent contents began to rank even my Affiliate Disclaimer. Is that even possible?

While I am most grateful I do have another concern though and would very much appreciate some answers. My site trust is currently on 20% it has been almost 3 months since my website got indexed, should I be a concern? Or is there any way I could speed up my site trust?
