SOS- Shiny Object Syndrome
Are you easily distracted by the newest Launch? Do you have the need to know the newest thingamagiggy that will take your business in hyper drive? Are you checking your emails when you should be concentrating on a worthy task i.e. writing article, checking traffic metrics, keyword research etc...

If you answered yes to any or all of the above questions you may have a terminal illness labeled the SHINY OBJECT SYNDROME. In a nut shell SOS is the result of being easily distracted by reading emails full of psychological triggers. It sounds great to hear or read about a "push button" software that can skyrocket your profits. "Get this software and you will get a buttload of traffic on autopilot."
Reward System
I learned something a couple of years ago. A suggestion given to me was to finish one task at a time and then as a reward of finishing said task, open up the email and see all of the shiny objects being sent. The next day do the same thing. Before you know it you have important task completed (and maybe some purchased easy button products to).
Join The Movement
I'm looking to eradicate or at least slow down the progression of SOS. I am now taking a pledge with my WA gang to keep away from the easy button path and put my funds towards building my affiliate business. Who is with me????
