Feeling Info Overload?

Where Do I Start

As a returning WA member this is the first time that I upgraded to premium. One thing that I attribute to not signing up before was the feeling like I was experiencing information overload.

Attention Deficit

I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD but when I am trying digest this information I find new things to read or a video to watch while going through a lesson. It is really a challenge to stay on one lesson with out digesting something else.

Focus

One thing I learned that FOCUS stands for Follow One Course Until Successful. I am trying to develop a way to invest 5 hours a week at this business and keep on task... But it is a little challenging, If anyone here has anything that has worked for them to excell in learning and then implementing... Please let me know. Maybe this will be my niche LOL.

Thanks I needed that...FOCUS; Follow One Course Until Successful, that's exactly what I need to do

Thanks for sharing this, man!

Hi Sean! -

How are you?

Firstly - Well Done - on producing your first blog post! -- Hopefully this will be the first of many!

You ask above for ways to help you with your Internet Marketing (IM) journey -- I would direct you to my past posts -- I KNOW you will find many answers to your question here! :)

There might be too much noise in your life and in quiet times it's easier to process information better.

Study techniques can help like deep core processing.

I use this currently in college where I have to retain a lot of irrelevant information than what I am actually trying to do.

Just remember to be a creator and never a victim.

Task yourself with finding something you love and could feel really proud of if you shared it with the world and you might find you already knew what to do all along :)

Thanks for the advice,,,

It is difficult not to get distracted, but you have to be strict with yourself. The other information that attracts your attention is not going anywhere so repeat your now new mantra everytime you feel distracted.

'Follow One Course Until Successful'. I love that in fact I am pinching it.

Give yourself a schedule when you come into WA. So much time on a lesson, for taking action and the rest of the time to read all the windows that you have opened along the way.

Business first, pleasure later (That could be another mantra).

Lis :)

Thanks for the tips.. I"ll be sure to use them..
