referrals question

I was just wondering how many referrals you get on average before, you get one that actually finish their profile and start the training. Not talking about going premium but just entering the free program. It is just curiousity to see what the average is.
At the moment I get 2 referrals a day, but most of them just create a username and you never hear anything else from them. Think 2 out of the last 14 has finished their profile.

For me 25% people add a profile picture, 8% become premium and 2% go yearly.
