I Love you.Thick or Thin.

Whenever someone talks about body issues… people just assume he or she is talking about the thicker body…No no no…This affects everyone. At some point every girl has felt as if they are not enough… Cmon, let’s be honest…We’ve all wished for Fuller chests…Bigger butts…Oh and the most wished of all…THE FLAT TUMMY!
At some point in our lives we’ve felt inadequate, too fat, too skinny, ashamed, self hate, and I know the list could go on. Why is this?
We are so quick to seek approval and acceptance from others yet we haven’t truly accepted ourselves. We need to do that because that is how the journey of self love starts. Stop hating your cellulite and cursing those stretch marks. Isn’t that what makes you different from that person who doesn’t have them?
I mean, if we were all cellulite free with flawless skin and a “perfect” body then we’d all be the same!!!!!! Get it?
There would be nothing that makes you, you.
Start loving yourself. Bit by bit. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it eventually. I’m not saying it’s going to take a week…or a month…or even two…No, it will take a while sweetheart.
Personally, I’m not there yet. I’m still on the journey. I’m still loving myself regardless of any scars, bruises and any extra fat I wish I didn’t have. Besides, if I don’t love myself, who will?? :)

Also, I need us to agree on one thing…there is no particular set description or formula for a perfect body!!
Yours is the perfect body girl.

– All bodies are good bodies. So go ahead, love yours.
